Biography

Ibrahim Alshehri is an undergraduate in his final term, double majoring in Electrical Engineering and Physics with a minor in Mathematics. His academic interests span AI, Condensed Matter Physics, Cryptography, Electronics, Embedded Systems, Control Theory, Quantum Computing, and Computational Methods. For his senior project, along with his team, they were able to 3D print a 6-DOF robotic arm with a mobile base, both of which were be controlled separately, incorporating computer vision and remote control functionality. Ibrahim also completed a summer internship at Oxford University, focusing on Natural Language Processing and Deep Unsupervised Learning, sponsored by KAUST Academy. During this internship, him and his team developed an open-source web UI with AI agents to perform penetration testing using user-installed tools in a two-week project.
